The Zaan
A trip to the river 'Zaan' is an adventure by itself. Via the busy IJ (a wide stretch of water that connects the IJsselmeer to the North Sea), we will set for the river 'Zaan', where, to begin with, the boat has to lock through the Wilhelmina locks. Alongside the river 'Zaan' you will notice lots of industrial heritage, especially from the cocoa industry.
